Holler at Ya Boy!

Appalachian vehicular combat. Pick a ride. Pick a fight.

Inside the game

What makes Holler at Ya Boy! fun

Original arcade vehicular combat that runs in your browser — 25 everyday vehicles turned war machines, each with its own driver, fighting last-one-running across four hand-built arenas. Its other half is Free Ride: eight drivable stretches of real Knott County, Kentucky, baked from state GIS and LiDAR so every building stands where a real building stands.

01

25 rides, every one with a driver

Everyday vehicles turned war machines — taxi, cruiser, school bus, fire truck, coal truck, tractor, monster truck and more — each with its own rider, portrait, voice lines, and a signature weapon. Raycast-suspension arcade physics: drift, boost, and hit things.

02

A real county, baked from real map data

Free Ride is eight stretches of actual Knott County — Hindman, Garner, Mousie, Carrie, and the KY 550 corridor end to end — built from Kentucky 911 road centerlines, ORNL building footprints, and KyFromAbove LiDAR rather than hand-modelled. Every building stands where a real building stands, at a measured height.

03

Four arenas, last one running

A golden-hour main street, a dusty county fairgrounds, a moonlit graveyard, and a holler valley. Three AI rivals, pickups, and the last one still driving wins.

Everlight

A browser action-defense roguelite. You play the monster the village once feared, defending eighteen villagers who cannot fight back. Your health bar is the Everlight itself — a shrine light that is also the light you see by, so as you lose, the village goes dark around you.
